Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by VectorPilots d.o.o. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VectorPilots d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia with registration number 2648795321, having its registered office at Litostrojska cesta 3, 1024 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

All services are provided in accordance with applicable Slovenian financial services regulations and professional standards.

Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date financial information
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with the agreed payment terms
• Inform us immediately of any material changes to your financial situation
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during our professional relationship
• Follow applicable laws and regulations in implementing any financial strategies we recommend

Professional Standards

We maintain high professional standards in delivering our services:

• All advice is provided based on your individual circumstances and stated objectives
• We maintain professional indemnity insurance coverage
• Our services comply with applicable financial services regulations in Slovenia
• We adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards

Fees and Payment

Service fees are agreed upon before commencement of work and may include:

• Initial consultation fees

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are inclusive of applicable VAT. Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by VectorPilots, including financial plans, analyses, methodologies, and proprietary tools, remain the exclusive property of VectorPilots. This includes:

• Financial planning documents and reports prepared for you
• Investment analysis and recommendations
• Proprietary planning methodologies and tools
• Website content, logos, and branding materials

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials provided specifically for your personal financial planning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and communications. We will not disclose your personal or financial information to third parties except:

• With your explicit written consent
• When required by law or regulatory authorities
• To professional advisors working on your behalf (with your consent)
• To service providers under strict confidentiality agreements

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive financial advice, you acknowledge that:

• Financial planning involves inherent uncertainties and risks
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Market conditions and laws may change, affecting recommendations
• Implementation of strategies requires your active participation and decision-making

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorPilots' liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

This limitation does not affect our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be legally limited.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we exercise professional care and skill, we make no warranties or representations regarding:

• The accuracy of third-party information or market data
• Future performance of investments or financial strategies
• The suitability of recommendations if your circumstances change
• Outcomes of legal proceedings or regulatory changes

You are responsible for making your own investment and financial decisions based on your personal circumstances and risk tolerance.

Termination

Either party may terminate our professional relationship with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

• You remain obligated to pay for all services provided up to the termination date
• We will provide you with copies of your financial plans and relevant documents
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
• We may retain copies of documents as required by professional and legal obligations

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, provide false information, or engage in unlawful activities.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us immediately. We maintain a formal complaints procedure and will investigate all concerns promptly and fairly. You may also have recourse to relevant professional bodies or regulatory authorities.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
